This month we are focusing on celebrations, traditions, and the joy of coming together. Throughout December, the children will explore different ways people celebrate during this time of year. We will learn about winter holidays, practice kindness, talk about family traditions, and create fun, festive projects.
Our activities will support skills like language development, fine motor practice, creativity, and social-emotional learning. Children will get hands-on with crafts, songs, stories, and simple discussions that help them understand what celebrations mean and how people show love and appreciation for one another.
It’s a month full of joy, learning, and togetherness—perfect for helping our little ones grow while celebrating the season!

Rotary Read Aloud is a partnership between the Rotary Club of Panama City and the Early Learning Coalition of Northwest Florida.
This program partners with Rotarians to promote literacy engagement for pre-school children. By partnering with a well-known community organization, we are cultivating positive role models for children.
The Rotarian will be reading once a month to our Pre-K class:
September - March
They will also leave the book that they read with the classroom.
