Monthly Theme - Learning Beyond Paper
Sept - Fall into learning🍁
In September, our classrooms use the Learning Beyond Paper curriculum to help children build routines, friendships, and confidence in a fun, hands-on way. We explore early fall themes like apples, colors, feelings, and “all about me” through sensory play, art, early literacy, and simple math activities.
Instead of worksheets, children learn through play, movement, and real-life experiences—encouraging curiosity, independence, and a love for learning from the very start.
Hawks Nest is proud to be apart of the Rotary Read Aloud
Rotary Read Aloud is a partnership between the Rotary Club of Panama City and the Early Learning Coalition of Northwest Florida.
This program partners with Rotarians to promote literacy engagement for pre-school children. By partnering with a well-known community organization, we are cultivating positive role models for children.
The Rotarian will be reading once a month to our Pre-K class:
September - March
They will also leave the book that they read with the classroom.
