In August, Learning Beyond Paper’s curriculum focuses on helping children transition smoothly into a new school year while fostering curiosity, creativity, and foundational skills. The lessons are developmentally tailored for each age group—from infants to pre-K—offering a balance of play-based exploration and structured learning. Instead of focusing solely on worksheets or paper-based activities, this curriculum emphasizes active learning through play, movement, sensory exploration, and meaningful interactions.
Hawks Nest is proud to be apart of the Rotary Read Aloud
Rotary Read Aloud is a partnership between the Rotary Club of Panama City and the Early Learning Coalition of Northwest Florida.
This program partners with Rotarians to promote literacy engagement for pre-school children. By partnering with a well-known community organization, we are cultivating positive role models for children.
The Rotarian will be reading once a month to our Pre-K class:
September - March
They will also leave the book that they read with the classroom.
